2024 Vendor Categories

All Vendor & Exhibitor Categories are CLOSED for the 2024 Baldwin County Strawberry Festival to be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, and Sunday, April 14, 2024.


Vendors are required to apply annually to participate in the festival and previous attendance does not guarantee acceptance.  Annual applications are released in November of each year.

 

Vendors & Exhibitors

An exhibitor is any individual, club, non-profit organization, church or business planning to set up booths for the sale of non-food items. A vendor is any individual, club, non-profit organization, church or business planning to sell food items. Register early to ensure a spot for the Baldwin County Strawberry Festival. 

 

We encourage all vendors to carry Strawberry themed product that don't compete with Festival Fundraising. 

Entry

NO resale of booth space by an exhibitor to another vendor is allowed. If the person whose application is accepted is unable to attend, the space reverts to the Strawberry Festival Committee.

Entry Fees for Exhibitor or Vendor Spaces

$175.00 for Arts & Crafts   •   $225.00 for Arts & Crafts with Electricity   •   $275.00 for Crafted Food Vendors   •                   $600.00 for Non-Crafted Food Vendors
Arts and Crafts exhibitors lots are approximately 12 ft x 12 ft. Food vendors lots are approximately 10 ft x 20 ft.

Entry fees must be submitted with application by March 1, 2024, and are accepted based on availability. Entries postmarked after March 1, 2024, will be charged a $50.00 late fee. Cancellations will be accepted prior to February 15, 2024; after that date, booth fees are non-refundable.

Exhibitors and vendors registering by February 15th will be notified of space assignment by phone and/or email prior to the festival. Confirmation and space assignments will be mailed out by March 15, 2024. Accepted exhibitors and vendors will be placed on an acceptance list within one week of acceptance. Available space will be listed at that location as well. 

First vendor application review is January 1, 2024.        

NOTE: In order to be considered to be an exhibitor in the Annual Baldwin County Strawberry Festival, a picture and description or website address of the exhibitor's booth must accompany the application. The Festival Committee will review all applications and will reserve the right to deny any applicant. Previous participation does not guarantee involvement in this year's festival. Applicants can be denied if the contents to be sold or the design of the booth is deemed inappropriate by the committee. Promotion of illegal activities will not be tolerated. No exhibitor can sell drug paraphernalia, pornography, alcohol, or tobacco products. Any form of gambling is prohibited.

 

Crafted Food Vendor: Prepares only one food item on site. Examples are Lemonade, coffee, fudge.

Prepackaged Food Vendor: All food is prepackaged with no preparation on site.  Examples are Jellies, Dips, Sauces, Oiles, and Honey.  Would register under Arts & Crafts Vendor.

Non-Crafted Food Vendor: Prepares full menu / multiple food items onsite.

 

Food

Food booths will be limited to 12 outside vendors. It is the responsibility of each food vendor to contact the Baldwin County Health Department at (251) 947-3618. A representative of the Health Department will be available on site to inspect each food vendor's setup. A valid food permit from the Health Department must be displayed in order to operate at the festival. Electric hook ups and water will be available for all food booths. Vendors must provide their own 220v pigtail and water hoses.

NOTE: The Strawberry Festival Committee has exclusive rights with Coca-Cola and will be the only vendor of soft drinks and water. Vendors may sell tea, lemonade, coffee, etc. Soft drinks and water may not be sold or given away at the festival.
